retirement plan administration and consulting since 1993. EPS assists
employers in the design, implementation, administration and

Chip Ward, APA
President
Chip is the founder of EPS. After successfully completing six exams
with the National Institute of Pension Administrators, Chip earned the
Accredited Pension Administrator designation.
Chip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Winthrop University. He is a member of the National Institute of
Pension Administrators (NIPA), has served on the NIPA annual conference
committee twelve years and has spoken at several seminars on
retirement plans. Chip was honored by NIPA as its 2009 Outstanding
Volunteer Award recipient.
